Spark Analytics has 11,000+ apartments under advisement and the solutions have outperformed the overall market in revenue and NOI growth since its founding.   Current clients include many of the largest and most successful real estate firms in the DC Metro market such as Lerner, Foulger-Pratt, and Washington Property Company.  The Spark Analytics executive team have been trained at best in class real estate firms such as AvalonBay, Equity Residential, Vornado, Gables Residential, and Greystar and have over 15 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, and property management.   Spark Analytics combines executives with deep industry insight with analysts and programmers recruited globally to create solutions and tools that increase financial performance.  All products are rigorously used and tested by existing clients and products are refined to continuously improve financial results and ease of use.

Mr. Park has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years in wide ranging roles such as asset management, operating, acquisitions, and executive roles for many of the largest and most respected firms such as Equity Residential, AvalonBay, Vornado, Gables Residential, and Greystar.    Mr. Park has had national roles overseeing more than 100,000 units over 15 years.    He was directly responsible for a residential platform generating $25M in NOI and overseeing $1 Billion of assets.  Currently, Mr. Park is responsible for overseeing revenue operations for a growing portfolio of 11,000 apartments.   He has had success working with clients with over 1,000 units and helping to outperform the market over multiple years.   Mr. Park is a graduate at the University of Michigan and has his MBA from UC-Berkeley Business School.
